Waterproofing

Waterproofing is what decides whether the repair you just paid for lasts five years or twenty. Concrete restoration without a proper coating and sealant package is a countdown, because the same water that caused the damage is still getting in.

Systems we install

Pedestrian and vehicular traffic coatings, balcony and walkway deck systems, elastomeric wall coatings, joint and perimeter sealants, below-grade and planter waterproofing, and coping and railing base detailing where most leaks actually start.

Sequencing with the repair

Coatings go on after the structural repair is inspected and signed, not before. Getting that order wrong is the most common reason a restoration job fails early.

How long does a traffic coating last?

It depends on the system, the traffic and the detailing at edges and penetrations. Manufacturers publish warranties by system - we install to the specification the warranty requires, and hand over the documentation.
