Innovative Custom Services LLC is a licensed Florida building contractor based in Boca Raton, working across Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties.

The work splits two ways. On the commercial side we do structural concrete restoration, post-tension and structural repair, waterproofing and the repaint that goes over it — mostly on occupied condominium and commercial buildings, and mostly following an engineer's report. On the residential side we build custom pools, staircases, wine rooms and structural additions.

Both sides come down to the same thing: concrete and structure, done to a drawing, permitted and inspected.

Licence and credentials

How we work with boards and managers

• We build to the engineer's specification. We do not rewrite their findings.
• Quantities are tracked and signed as the work runs, so change orders are never a surprise at the end.
• A superintendent on site who answers to the board, not a phone tree.
• Phased access, posted schedules and daily clean-down on occupied buildings.
• Restoration, waterproofing and repaint can run on one contract and one schedule.
