Structural Repair
When a report finds a problem in the load path rather than the surface, the repair is engineered, not cosmetic. Shoring, sequencing and inspection hold points all become part of the job.
Scope
Column and beam jacketing and rebuild, shear wall repair, tie-beam and lintel replacement, epoxy and cementitious injection, carbon fibre strengthening where specified, and temporary shoring designed for the sequence.
Documentation
Every hold point is inspected and recorded before the next stage is covered. That record is what the building department and the engineer need at closeout.
Licensed and permitted. Work is performed under Florida Certified General Contractor licence CGC #1540717, permitted and inspected.
