How it is phased

Work runs floor by floor or stack by stack so the property keeps selling rooms, with separated guest and work routes and a defined turnover rate per week.

Scope

Guest rooms and bathrooms, corridors, lobbies and public areas, back-of-house, and exterior and balcony work on the same schedule.

Licensed and permitted. Work is performed under Florida Certified General Contractor licence CGC #1540717, permitted and inspected.

How many rooms a week can you turn?

That is set by the scope per room and the access the property can give up. It is agreed before the first floor starts, because the whole schedule is built off it.
